1. BUSINESS SCOPE & ELIGIBILITY
Naturist Gift™ is a B2B manufacturing firm based in Moradabad, India.
Service Area: Our sales, shipping, and delivery services are strictly limited to the geographical limits of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. * You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a commercial transaction on this website.
2. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER (RAW & UNFINISHED)
Nature of Goods: We exclusively deal in Raw and Unfinished metal products. Final polishing, finishing, or coating is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Safety Warning: Raw metal items may have sharp edges. Naturist Gift holds no liability for any physical injury or accidental damage caused by the handling of these materials.
Variations: Minor surface marks or natural variations are inherent to raw metal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. ORDERING & PRICING
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): A minimum booking of 2 pieces is mandatory for every order.
Pricing: All prices mentioned on the website are GST Inclusive.
Shipping Charges: All courier and logistics charges are Extra and must be borne by the customer.
4. PAYMENT POLICY & SLABS
To ensure secure and professional transactions, we follow a strict payment structure:
Orders (2 to 50 Pieces): 100% Advance Payment is mandatory via our secure gateways (PhonePe, Razorpay, or Cashfree).
Bulk Orders (Above 50 Pieces): * A personal visit to our Moradabad Factory is required for a formal agreement.
50% Advance Payment is required at the time of booking.
50% Balance Payment is due at the time of delivery or pickup.
EMI Facility: EMI options are available on the website (minimum 2 pieces), subject to your bank’s eligibility and offers.
5. DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Standard Dispatch (2-5 Pieces): Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation.
Bulk Dispatch (10+ Pieces): A production timeline will be communicated separately after order confirmation.
Self-Pickup: Customers may collect goods from our factory with a 2-hour prior notice. Once the material leaves our factory gates, our liability ends immediately.
6. REPLACEMENT & VIDEO POLICY
No-Refund Policy: We follow a Strict No-Refund Policy. We do not offer cash or bank refunds; we only provide Product Replacement.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for transit damage, a continuous, unedited video starting BEFORE the parcel is opened is mandatory. If the video starts after opening, the claim will be rejected.
Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After 72 hours, all repair or logistics costs will be charged to the customer.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
