At Naturist Gift™, we deal in wholesale manufacturing of Raw and Unfinished Metal Handicrafts. Due to the nature of our products and our B2B business model, we follow a strict policy regarding refunds and replacements. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

​1. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

​Final Sale: Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it is considered a final sale.

​No Cash/Bank Refunds: Naturist Gift follows a strict No-Refund Policy. We do not offer cash, bank, or wallet refunds under any circumstances.

​Replacement Only: We only provide Product Replacement (sending a new item for the damaged one) in cases of verified transit damage or manufacturing defects.

​2. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO (The Golden Rule)

​To be eligible for a replacement, the customer MUST follow our video verification protocol:

​The Process: You must record a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing.

​The Starting Point: The video MUST start BEFORE the parcel is opened. It must clearly show the shipping label and the intact seal of the box.

​Automatic Rejection: If the video starts after the box has been opened, or if the video is edited/cut, your replacement claim will be automatically rejected without further discussion.

3. INDIVIDUAL PARCEL CLAIMS

​If an order contains multiple boxes, the replacement will be provided ONLY for the items in the specific box that is shown as damaged in the video.

​A separate unboxing video is required for each individual box in your shipment.

​4. REPORTING DEADLINES

​24-Hour Window: Any damage, shortage, or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via our official WhatsApp or Email, supported by the mandatory video.

​The 72-Hour Late Claim Rule: If a claim is reported after 72 hours of delivery:

​The customer will be responsible for all repair and service charges.
​The customer must bear 100% of the two-way logistics/courier costs (shipping the item back to our factory and receiving the replacement).

5. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT

​Valid Grounds: Replacement is only granted for physical damage during transit or if the wrong product was sent.

​Raw Material Disclaimer: As we sell Raw and Unfinished materials, minor surface marks, natural metal oxidation, or slight variations in texture are inherent characteristics and are NOT considered defects.

​6. SELF-PICKUP CLAIMS

​For customers choosing Self-Pickup from our Moradabad factory, all goods must be inspected on-site. Once the material leaves our factory premises, no replacement or damage claims will be entertained, as the goods were accepted after on-spot verification.

7. CANCELLATION

​Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once the 100% or 50% advance payment has been made.
