At Naturist Gift™, we aim to provide a transparent and efficient delivery process for our metal handicraft products. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following shipping terms, which are designed to protect both the manufacturer and the buyer.
1. GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATION
Strictly Moradabad: Our shipping and delivery services are strictly limited to the geographical limits of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. * We do not fulfill or ship orders to any location outside of Moradabad. Any orders placed for outside locations will be subject to immediate cancellation.
2. DISPATCH TIMELINES
Small Orders (2 to 5 Pieces): Once the 100% advance payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched from our facility within 3 working days.
Bulk Orders (Above 10 Pieces): For larger quantities, the production and dispatch timeline will be communicated to the customer individually via email or WhatsApp after order confirmation.
3. SHIPPING & COURIER CHARGES
Exclusion from Product Price: All prices listed on the website are exclusive of shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility: Courier and Logistics charges are Extra. These charges are calculated based on the order’s weight and volume and must be borne entirely by the customer at the time of checkout or as per the final invoice.
4. DELIVERY METHODS & LIABILITY
Standard Courier Delivery: Orders are dispatched through our integrated third-party courier partners.
Our Liability: Naturist Gift is responsible for the safety of the material only until it is delivered to your address. This responsibility is subject to the Mandatory Unboxing Video rule. Our liability ends 24 hours after delivery.
Self-Pickup (Factory Collection): Customers can choose to pick up their orders directly from our Moradabad Factory.
A 2-hour prior notice is mandatory for self-pickup.
For pickups, customers must verify the goods on-site. Once the material leaves our factory gates, Naturist Gift holds no liability for any damages or shortages during transit.
5. RECEIVING PROTOCOL & UNBOXING VIDEO
To ensure your claim for transit damage is protected under our Replacement Policy, you must follow this receiving protocol:
Mandatory Video: You MUST record a continuous, unedited video STARTING BEFORE opening the parcel.
Proof of Damage: The video must clearly show the shipping label and the intact seal. Without this video evidence, no claims for replacement or shortages will be entertained.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS & RE-DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address within Moradabad.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer’s unavailability, the additional cost for re-delivery must be paid by the customer.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Naturist Gift™ is not liable for shipping delays caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or government restrictions.
